The account number is the MEID or IMEI serial number of the phone located behind the battery on a white sticker pasted on the phone.

The pin number: Net 10 does not use pin codes' but use 0000 if required

Hi patoscad! My name is Mia and I work with NET10 Wireless. Your account number is the serial number of your phone if you have a branded NET10 phone. The serial number can be found at the back of the phone, under the battery. You can also find it in the phone's Prepaid Menu or the red activation card that came with it. If the phone is an Android device, look for the serial number in Settings> About Phone. If you have a phone registered with our Bring Your Own Phone program; then, the account number is the last 15 digits of the SIM card number. Additionally, we don't have an account PIN or password set up in any account.
