Better ratings than what? Without some reference you might be asking if it gets better ratings as it ages, or batter ratings compared to duct tape.
I would suggest that you check some of the larger GPS review sites:
Licenses & Certifications: Microsoft, Cisco, VMware, Novell, FCC RF & Amateur Radio licensed.
