My Mozilla Firefox Has Frozen Up.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled Firefox, but to no avail. Internet Explorer and Google Chrome work fine for me. Firefox tells me there is a problem. Why?

Hi fplatou,

My name is Vimal and I work for the Social Media and Community Team at Dell. Since uninstalling and reinstalling the Firefox dint work, please follow the below mentioned steps to create a new user account and then install the latest Firefox version from the below mentioned link.

Click on Start

Click on Run

Type “control userpasswords2” in the run box without the quotes

Click on Ok

Click on Add

Type a user name of your choice

Click on Apply and then ok

Once a new User account is created then install the latest Firefox version from the below mentioned link.

http://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/new/
