Screen Stays White, No Images When Powered On

When I turn on phone it "pings" as it always does when starting but screen stays white, no images and phone will not connect on a call.

I have had this happen to my phone. I suggest that you remove the battery from the phone and then replace the battery. Then power up. See if that works. My phone came on and began to work properly. If that doesn't work I suggest servicing or replacement.
