Installing A Verbal Answer For Calls Coming When The Phone In Not On.

I'm asleep when a call comes; how do I install the message that "I'm away from the phone , please leave a number".

The only way to install a verbal answer for calls coming in when the phone is not on, that I know of is by changing your voicemail greeting to " I am away from the phone, please leave a message" to change your voice mail greeting:

1. Select Menu

2. Select Messages

3, Scroll to down list and select Voicemail Server

4. Hit green button on left side of phone to call your voicemail

5. you will be asked to enter your passcode (If you have previously set up your email)

6. Once connected to your voicemail you will be asked what you would like to do.

7. Choose change personal options (#4)

8. You will then be instructed on how to change your greeting.
