How To Remove Password From Voice Mail

Go to your voicemail, and in the prompts, select "Administrative Option" - when you get there, follow the prompts and you will get the "password option" - select that and you will have the option to turn your password on - and turn your password off.  Once you turn it off - have someone do a test call and leave a message - and you should be able to retrieve it without having to enter a password.
