- Turn off your phone.
- Press and hold the Power and End/Power Off buttons simultaneously.
- Release the End/Power Off button when the Motorola logo appears on the screen, but continue to hold the Power button.
- Release the Power button when the "Factory Data Reset" message appears on the screen.
- Use the volume buttons to navigate to "Yes" and press the Center button to confirm.
- The phone will now reset to its original factory settings. This process may take a few minutes to complete.
Once the reset process is complete, your phone will be restored to its original factory settings. Please note that this will erase all data and settings on your phone, so it is important to back up any important data before performing a factory reset.
