To perform a factory reset on your Motorola WX345 phone, please follow these steps:
  1. Turn off your phone.
  2. Press and hold the Power and End/Power Off buttons simultaneously.
  3. Release the End/Power Off button when the Motorola logo appears on the screen, but continue to hold the Power button.
  4. Release the Power button when the "Factory Data Reset" message appears on the screen.
  5. Use the volume buttons to navigate to "Yes" and press the Center button to confirm.
  6. The phone will now reset to its original factory settings. This process may take a few minutes to complete.

Once the reset process is complete, your phone will be restored to its original factory settings. Please note that this will erase all data and settings on your phone, so it is important to back up any important data before performing a factory reset.

Your phone is originally set to 1122 from the service provider, if you forget your password try entering 1122 or the last 4 digits of your phone number if this doesn't work contact your service provider or a technician.

I hope this is helpful? PLEASE "ACCEPT" and mark it "HELPFUL" to complement my little effort. Hope to bring you more detailed answers.
