Why Does My Motorola Wx345 Only Work On Speaker Phone?

Recently my WX345 has stopped working to hear calls and can only hear when speaker is on-what does this mean and can it be fixed?

helow. there are two speakers installed in the phone, one for loud sound output and one for normal sound output. So that means the speaker for normal sound output is dead it needs to be replaced.
