How Do I Switch To A 2nd Call When I Am Talking On The Phone?

When I am talking on the phone and another call comes in I end up hanging up on both of them because I don't know how to switch to the other call by putting the first one on hold. Please help.

The feature is called 'Call Waiting'.. You have to subscribe to it. Switching between calls is easy by using the flash button, or just hanging up for a second. While you are on the phone, if you hear a 'beep beep'..you have another call coming in.. If you want to be on a call and not be bothered, you can turn off call waiting by dialing *70 before the number you are calling. (Works for that call only.)
