Head Set Mode

my phone is stuck on headset mode and I can not get it to change. I have even tried to factory reset the phone. Help what can I do?

Factory reset
Find it: Press Menu > Settings > Restore Factory Settings
Your phone will be reset to factory settings, and all data on your phone will be deleted.

Ok factory reset will not affect this the headphone jack of your phone is malfunctioned you have to replace it with the help of a good technician.
