Why Does My Motorola W491g Not Letting My Battery Charge.

i can put in a charged battery but it will not hold a charge very long. i put the battery in another phone just like it and it works in that phone with on problem

if you are able to use the battery in another phone it may be the case that the charging port on the phone is damaged, it case some troubleshooting is needed please contact our Motorola Technical Support at: http://bit.ly/W491g
