I Need Special Code For Motorola Q700 Sidekick Slide

ipurchased my T-MOBILE motorola q700 sidekick slide in 2008 in the USA.it worked well witm Botswana simcards.nowadays it cannt work, it says special code required.please help me.the IMEI is 355564015713262

press cancel when the ask for the code then go to Sim centre enter your old Sim pin then click change Sim pin after you change the Sim pin go to network selection and manually select the network the Sim is linked to and you are good to go. however it will still occur whenever the phone is restarted haven't figured away around that as yet.
