Can't Get Motorokr S305 Into Pairing Mode

You may try the following troubleshooting steps then try to pair to set th device on pairing mode again.

1. Turn off any Bluetooth devices previously paired (linked) with your headphones.
2. Power off both your headset and your phone for a couple of seconds then power them back on and try again.
3. Try to initiate pairing (discoverable) mode manually when your headphones are already powered on, press and hold the Call and the Up volume buttons for about 3 seconds.
4. Clear the paired devices list in your headphones, press and hold Track Forward and Downvolume buttons for about 8 seconds.
   
   The headphones are turned off upon clearing the list.

Hi. Performing a reset first should be able to do the trick unless if the headset has hardware or firware issue.
