Why Is My Motorokr S305 Flashing Red And Green On Charge

Hi
The red flashing light is when tehy have low battery, but if they are flashing red and green while charging most be because they where low battery and now they are getting the charge.
Is the device been able to charge properly?
Do you have any problem with the battery of the device?
