Hi,

Sorry to hear that you're having trouble with your P793 portable charger.

This device charge up using one of these options with the Micro USB power connector:

• PC USB cable
• wall power adapter
• car charger

When all four indicator lights are solid, the portable charger is fully charged and will automatically turn off to conserve power.

Have you tried a different USB port or a different cable? You may also try to use a different charger (wall charger or car charger). This is to isolate the issue if it's a problem with the P793 itself or the cable/charger.

In case it's the device itself that is no longer working and it is within a year from the date of purchase you can contact Motorola for warranty claims.
