I Can Send And Receive Texts, But I Can't Make Or Receive Calls.

Try to power cycle your device first by turning it off and on. You can also try to remove the battery for a complete memory reset. This will not clear out any applications or information on your device. It will just refresh the memory of your phone.
You can also try to check with your Carrier if there are any service area issues. Hope this helps!
