Electrify Wont Receive Calls And Text

Greetings!
Please try the following troubleshooting steps below.
1. Power Cycle your device - turn off the phone, remove the battery, let it stay out for a couple of seconds, put it back in and then turn on the device.
2. If still the same after power cycle, try to replace the SIM card of your device and check.
3. You can also contact your Carrier to check if there is something wrong in your account.
4. If above steps does not help, please contact Motorola Customer Service for further troubleshooting.
