Motorola H17 Receiver Cant Hear

Hi bcolwmc,

Please try this steps:
Turn the Bluetooth connection off on your phone.
On your Headset, Press and hold the Call button and both Volume Up and Volume Down buttons until you hear “welcome to the Motorola H17” and the indicator light is steadily lit in blue.
After this powercycle your phone (Turn Off/On),turn the Bluetooth connection back on and pair your Headset, This should make it work.
