Hi,

Do you still get any charging indicator when you plug it to the charger? Is your charging working on a different device? Try to plug it to the charger for a few minutes then try to power it on. You can also try a different charger to isolate the issue. If still nothing and your headset is within a year from the date of purchase, you can contact Motorola for warranty options. Here's how to contact Motorola https://motorola-global-portal.custhelp.com/app/mcp/service/.

Hope this helps.
