Money orders do not expire. A non-refundable service charge will be assessed (where permitted by law) if the money order is not used or cashed within a specified time period from the purchase date printed on the front of the money order. For more information, the SERVICE CHARGE AGREEMENT is printed on the back of the MoneyGram Money Order.

Transactions are available without a problem before 90 days. After the 90 days have expired, the sender must return to obtain a refund and resend if optional.
