- Remove the battery.
- Replace the battery but do not power the device on.
- Hold down theBack Arrow and Volume Down buttons then press thePower button. Continue to hold them until you see a yellow-text menu screen, then let go.
- Follow the instructions on screen to navigate through the options(use the volume buttons).
- SelectWipe Data / Factory Reset (or clear storage, or delete all user data).
