Why Can't I Unlock Phone With Google Account Information? Lg Motion
My Phone has a PIN lock on it, and I cannot remember the code. I have used my google information to unlock my phone before when I couldnt remember my PIN, but I have tried unsuccessfully over 40 times to put the PIN in, but absolutely NOWHERE does it ask anymore, "Forgot Password?". Maybe it is the new system update? Either way, I really dont want to hard reset my phone, but am just baffled as to why there isnt the option to get into my phone with my google information.
