Auto Rejected Call

I have a friend that has been trying to call me from a private number when call comes in it is auto rejected how can I stop this to answer call

Check in your phone settings and see if it has any settings related to blocking or rejecting calls. If you don't see anything, then it would be best to call Metro PCS.
