Phone Returnkey Not Working Asurion Nor Pcs Claim Responsibility-finger Pointing

For several days the return key at the bottom of my Sansung Indulge has not worked which causes many problems, as you may well know. Contacted inwsurance carrier, Asurion, they claimed a warranty problem and to contact PCS,  Contacted PCS and they said to go backkk to Asurion to get the phoned turned.  Once again asurion said " not my problem and told me to go back to pcs.  In the meantime the phone is a pain to work with and it is not getting repaired!!  What do I do to resolve this?  Thanks.
