I've Lost My Sim Card For The Metro Pcs Cool Pad Phone Where To Get It From?

I got A Coolpad Quattro 4G LTE which I've lost it's sim card that it comes in the back of the phone which provides 4G fast internet service, My quiestion now, Where do I have to get that sim from?
