Bought Phone Metro Wireless In Johnston Ri. Can't Call Out, I
I purchased a Huawei Pinnacle phone from Metro Wireless in Johnston RI (1359 Plainfield Pike) The phone did not come with a book and it does not call out. Is there a phone number I can reach them at. They said they would send book when they got one. That was 3 weeks ago.
Do you have to set up voicemail before you can call out? Texting is OK.
