Recall On Zte Blade?
Metro told me there's a recall on all zte phones... Are they replacing phones for customers with "zte" phones already or what?

There is no such recall. ZTE may have ceased operations as a result of the U.S. trade ban, as described at https://9to5google.com/2018/04/16/us-government-bans-american-companies-from-selling-components-to-zte/.
