Just go to Metro Pcs They will replace just the screen and any other broken parts if they still have them in stock. If not then you may get a refurbished phone, which is an old phone of someone elses they erased the memory on and made sure worked properally. Then if they don't have any of those in stock they will replace it with a different phone, which in you case is exactly not what you want. If they don't have the ability to replace it with the same phone you can complain to no extent and see if you can get a free upgrade or even a free month. Either way if you have a deductable on the insurance you will have to pay that, normally it is $50 on most standard contracts. Hope this helps, Good Luck!!
