If you have insurance on your phone, you can file a claim here: http://www.phoneclaim.com/metropcs and they will send you a replacement. If you don't have insurance, you should still contact them so they know not to continue service on your lost or stolen phone. You can call them at 888-863-8768 and tell them what happened and ask for assistance. You may end up having to purchase a new phone, but I would make sure that you secure your account with them before worrying about that just yet. I hope you find your phone, or are able to get another one at a good price!
