I Can Not Get A Live Person On The Phone!!!
I am trying to talk to them about my bill and this dam automative system wont let me!!!

I got hold of a live person today by calling 1-888-863-8768, then pressing # several times, then 1 to get a live person. I was trying to get a live person for 12 minutes to no avail, until I came to helpowl's sister site, contacthelp.com, and found the instructions for getting hold of a live person. Good luck!

When you call the number keep pressing # (maybe 4 times), when you hear the option to select 1 to continue or something to hang-up, select 1 and they will connect you to an agent. I know how you feel. They need to do something about that robotic woman. She gave me a headache after hearing her speech 15 times.
