Try CS @ this number 800-901-6266; Press 1, then wait. This is for advanced tech support issues only. Usually a regular CS rep will transfer you to this department only when they can't resolve the issue.

How to reach a live person: Keep pressing "#" through all messaging and the system will eventually give up (after around the 4th time) at which time it will ask you to either press 1 to continue or hang up. After you press 1 you will be connected to a person after a series of beeps.
