Customer Support

I don't understand how your response by way of email answered my question to talk to someone. I followed all the instructions given on line and I still can't get through. I need HELP

There are two ways to contact Metro PCS directly:

Dial *611 from your MetroPCS phone or
1.888.8metro8 (1.888.863.8768)

If their Customer Support is not very good, I apologize but there's nothing we can do.
