Why Was My Account Turned Off When I Have A Zero Balance Due?

For the last two days I have been calling *611 why I have been receiving numerous text messages saying I owed $31.00 when in fact I believe I had already paid it last week on their web site. As you can see I copied & pasted what was on your site this morning. Which as you can clearly see I owe nothing right now. But by March 12, 2016 I will owe $31.00. My question is why was my phone service stopped? I even tried talking to a supervisor. I spoke politely and asked for a extension and was spoken to rudely by the supervisor and was informed they don't do that then was hung up on. I even tried to explain I'm disabled and that was my only way of calling for emergency help. And this person was not interested in hearing it.
