I Need Help To Cancel Phone Service
I need to cancel phone service that I gave my grandson for Christmas. He was suppose to keep his grades up and he did not do it. Help please!

Just come into the Metro PCS store closest to you and ask them to cancel your account. All you will need is the phone number and your 8-digit password. (Generally it's the date of birth of the person who made the account with Metro)
