Heat Issues

my 2008 Mercury Mountaineer recently had the blower fan replaced. I live in MN so heat is a necessity. The drivers side defrost & foot/leg area gets warm, although, the seat warmer barely heats. The passenger side blows ice cold air in any direction, but seat warmer works perfectly. I can't think of what the problem is
