it is located on the throttle body. If standing on the drivers side of the vehicle looking under the hood, you will see the air filter housing. follow the plastic air duct up to the throttle body (the metal piece that the housing attaches to at the top of the engine). the Throttle Position Sensor will be on the left of the throttle body. It should have a plug going to it that has 3 wires going to it.
