Windows Will Not Go Up Or Down? Can't Hear A Motor When I Try.

The windows work on cylinoids, and they are controlled basically by a power regulator. You can diagnose the problem by disconecting each lead and cleaning them, but the most important thing to do first, check ALL fuze panels, EACH ONE, and look for burns on the fuses, or breaks. The clean the connections on the fuses, then re-insert them into the fuse-panel. This should resolve the issue, if not, the only thing that you can do, buy the used regulator , or regulators from a used parts store, not the cheapies either! It's worth the investment, and they give you a warranty on the parts. This should be the end of your "Windows will not go up or down".
