Deer Avoidance System On My E320
Can an electronic deer avoidance system (ie Hornet) be installed on my E320 Mercedes? This car has very complicated electronics. My dealer, naturally, said "no", but he says that about anything whatsoever after-market.

Of course you can. You can buy inexpensive "deer whistles" at Walmart that stick to the front bumper. They are passive and require no power, just the wind generated by driving above 30 MPH.
I smacked 3 deer in 2 weeks, installed these whistles, and have had zero incidents or close calls since.
An electronic system will cost more and may be more effective. It may also be a lot more unsightly.
