Go Diego Ndc 6003-gdg

I bought this camera at a garage sale and replaced the batteries.  Made sure they were in right but still not working.  Looking for directions on how to use and turn on.  It appears the on off button is on the right side of the back of the camera.  Can you help me with where I would find instructions?
