No Sound On My Minimove Boombox

Purchased new yesterday, everything great. Today, no sound. I tried volume up down, unplugging, radio vs. ipod, everything. Not a peep.  Yes, the power is on.  I can channel through stations on F.m. no sound, and the ipod tells me it is playing while in ipod mode, still no sound.
