Volume Will Not Adjust

Headphones are plugged in, but volume is at highest level and won't tuen down

Adjust the Volume control on the main unit before controlling the volume on the remote. Otherwise, the headphones will not have sound even if you adjust to the highest volume on the remote.

Reinsert headphone plug correctly.

Increase volume (main unit & remote).

Replace batteries.
