How Do I Get Mediacom To Honor Free Service Agreement?
I have an agreement for free service for a year to avoid a lawsuit with the FCC and ADA because of emotional abuse by reps and poor service and frequent service interruptions, yet I am still getting past due notices.
I need the bill cleared and the harassment ended
