Hazard Flashers Have Their Own Mind On My 2007 Mazdaspeed 3

WHEN i ENGAGE THE EMERGENCY BRAKE THE HAZARD FLASHERS COME ON;KEY CAN BE ON OR OFF  ;ANY IDEAS???
