Maytag Washer Mvwc300xw1

I have a problem with my Maytag washer MVWC300XW1.Can you estimate what the root cause is and how much costs for repair from the description of the problem below? If repair costs less than purchase a new one, I want to repair it.Machine:Maytag washerModel number MVWC300XW1Serial number C14220872Symptom:Wash cycle does not complete every time. Any wash cycle shows similar symptom.First, it takes as long as 15 minutes to complete sensing and water feed until wash (agitation) starts. Following processes don't operate properly.It will frequently pause for approx. one minute in between processes.When 30-40 minutes passed, Lid Locked LED starts blinking. After another 5 minutes, the LED will be gone. After the Lid Locked LED is gone, water feed and drain randomly repeat only, and it will go all quiet after Status LED turns to spin.I checked for fault codes with "Fault code display mode." Below two codes are stored.BASKET SPEED SENSOR FAULT (F7, E1)MOTOR UNABLE TO REACH TARGET RPM (F7, E5) I tested all the functions with "Manual test mode." Every single process works fine without any problems. Below is a typical behavior when I choose Normal Regular wash cycle. min. sec.
