Why Does My Washer Not Wash My Cloths Clean?

I use tide HE detergent, I operate by the book. I wash small loads and still my cloths are not clean. This is my seventh new washer and dryer set and I have never had a problem until I bought this Maytag Bravos XL MVWB750YW0 I am very fussy about my laundry. I am so disappointed
