2 Year Old Maytag Washer, knocking Noise On Wash And Spin.

I have a 2 year old Maytag HE Model #MVWB700VQ0 It makes a loud knocking noice, intermittent on wash, and all the time on spin.Sounds like a metal to metal knock, like knock, knock, knock, knock, knock when spinning.Had a extended warranty, repair man looked at it and told me it was normal.WoW,That is was the magnets moving around? It don't sound normal to me,was doing this since it was new.If you listen to it while it's spinning,it sounds like it's comming from the right rear of the machine.Driving me nut's sounds like something loose,or a metal to metal knock, like a rod bearing in a car.Thats the best I can explain it,Has been like this since it was new,and now they tell me it's normal? Any Idea's.Would Suspension make this kind of noise?I see they have updated rods?Thankyou.
