f20 code most likely due to drain pump problem. Check the boot around the door to make sure the there is nothing like a small soak stuck in the boot drain. Then take the front lower panel off the washer and locate the pump basket. Twist open basket door and remove anything thats plugging it. Be aware of the water that comes out. See utube video on how to prevent alot of water coming out of the unit while you do this. Also unplug the unit before working on it.
