Tested Power  In My Home Yesterday Because Many Things Didnot Work All

outlets were putting out 154 volt call electric co they came and tested 308 volt at meter changed transfomer now there is 120 volts matag dryer model mgd9700sq0 natural gas nothing lighits up on front is there a fuse inside that i can replace that might of blown?
