Ice In Bottom Of Ref.

Under the Freezer drawer, Ice is covering the bottom of the refrig.  It then leaks out on the floor when defrosting.  Not sure how to remove the racks to get to it.  Perhaps my icemaker is leaking water causing the build up.  Is there a problem that could cause this water/ice build up.
