Water Under Refrigerator!

Two year old Maytag french door Model MFF2558VEB3 develops water puddle on floor @ front, under freezer door. Traced it to ice formed on inside bottom of freezer interior (below where the tray slides in/out).  Removed ice, it came back.  Appears to be coming from upper center of interior surface, center.
